2025 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament Pool Rules.

 Entry fee will be $10.00. Participants may play up to 3 brackets, if desired, @ $10.00 each bracket.

   2. Contestants must pick winners of all 63 games, with points being awarded in a progressive system as followed:

    1. 1st Round        32 Games @ 1 Pt. Each -             32 Pts. Total
    2. 2nd Round       16 Games @ 2 Pts. Each -            32 Pts. Total
    3. 3rd Round         8 Games @ 3 Pts. Each -            24 Pts. Total
    4. Quarter-Finals 4 Games @ 5 Pts. Each -            20 Pts. Total
    5. Semi-Finals     2 Games @ 7 Pts. Each -            14 Pts. Total
    6. Final Game     1 Game   @ 9 Points -                  9 Pts. Total
    7. Bonus Points   2 Games @ 1 Pt. Each -               2 Pts. Total
    8. Final 4 Accuracy Bonus (All Final 4 Correct)     4 Pts. Total

                                                                                137 Points Total

    3. There will be 2 selected games in the first round that if you select the correct winner, and are closest to guessing the winning team’s score WITHOUT GOING OVER, you will receive 1 extra Bonus Point per Game for a total of 2 Possible Bonus Points. If there is a tie, then all tied participants will receive the Bonus Point(s) for that game.

    1. You must write-in your winning teams’ score on the bracket.
    2. The selected games are:
  1. Seed 8 vs. Seed 9 – Gonzaga v. Georgia - Midwest Bracket                         
  2. Seed 7 vs. Seed 10 – Kansas v. Arkansas - West Bracket

 

    4 Bonus Points will be added to any bracket correctly predicting ALL 4 Final 4 Teams correctly.

 

    All participants must select a Total Score for the Championship game as a tiebreaker. If necessary to break a tie, the following steps will be taken to render a winner.

    1. Closest to Total Score of Final Game WITHOUT GOING OVER!
    2. Most 1st Round Wins
    3. Most 2nd Round Wins
    4. Most 3rd Round Wins
    5. Coin Flip

   5.  All participants must submit a COPY of their bracket before Noon on Thursday, March 20th.

       6.  Tues./ Wed.  play-in games will not be scored. If you choose a play-in game winner to advance, either of the play-in teams will score in your favor.

       7. 1st, & 2nd places will pay out with the possibility of 3rd  4th and 5th Places paying out as well. The last place bracket will be refunded their entry fee.  Payout and number of winning places subject to change due to number of entries. The Payout Schedule will be posted upon receipt of all bracket entries.
